FAQ’s
(Frequently Asked Questions)
Is Waltz Brewing 21+?
Yes. Waltz Brewing is a 21+ venue. (Including outside seating)
The only exceptions are specific events where we have obtained a temporary permit from the OLCC—those will always be clearly advertised in advance. If it’s not explicitly stated, assume it’s adults-only.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes—outside only.
Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome on our patio. Dogs are not allowed indoors unless they are certified service animals. Please be mindful of other guests, staff, and your fellow four-legged patrons. Please feel free ask and we’ll put out a water bowl for your pup.
Do you serve food?
We don’t operate a full-time kitchen, but:
Outside food is welcome, you may bring it or have it delivered!
We frequently host food trucks during events and busy nights
If a food truck is on-site, we’ll make noise about it. If not, bring something tasty and enjoy.
What do you serve?
More than just beer.
With 35 taps, At Waltz Brewing you’ll find:
House-brewed beer (YES! ALL of Waltz beer is made right here in Forest Grove!)
A hand picked and curated selection of other breweries as well on tap
Wine
Seltzers
Kombucha
A well-stocked bottle shop, including a strong lineup hard to find exclusive cans and bottles and non-alcoholic options
Even if Beer is not your thing (Yet), you’ve got options.
What’s on tap? Is it up to date?
Our in-house and website tap list are the source of truth. They are all updated from the same live and current database.
Small brewery reality applies: kegs kick, new beers appear, and things move fast. Special events may feature limited or one-off offerings.
Do you sell beer to go?
Yes.
Cans to go when available
We also package 16oz cans on select beers
Availability depends on what’s fresh and ready—ask the bar crew what’s currently canned.
Can I bring a large group or host an event?
Absolutely.
Large groups are welcome, and we love hosting community gatherings, celebrations, and private events. Reach out ahead of time so we can make sure the space works for what you have in mind.
Do you have live music or events?
Yes—we regularly host:
Live music
Community events
Special releases and themed nights
Trivia Tuesdays
Bluegrass Jam Thursdays
Book Club / Podcast Club
Event details are posted in the taproom and on our social channels.
Any other house rules I should know?
Be cool. Respect staff, respect other guests, tip your bartenders, and don’t be surprised if you end up talking to strangers—Waltz has a way of doing that.
